Trystan is a Welsh osteopath with a passion for health, movement, and human performance. He recently graduated from Swansea university with a First-Class Honours degree in osteopathy and brings a fresh, dynamic approach to practice. With a specialist interest in golf-specific performance, Trystan combines his clinical knowledge with personal experience on the course to help golfers enhance mobility, strength, and injury resilience.
A lifelong learner and sports enthusiast, Trystan has a broad appreciation for athletic movement and enjoys running, surfing, cycling, and yoga, which he also teaches. His warm, person-centred approach is rooted in building strong connections with his patients and supporting them to move, feel, and perform at their best.
